Shipping & Returns

We ship our products UPS within the continental 48 states.  Alaska $60.00 - UPS 2nd Day Air and Hawaii $80.00 - UPS 2nd Day Air.  All stock orders received before 1pm est. will be shipped the same day.  We will inform you by email of any delays in shipment.

Returns

All tools are tested before shipping and are guaranteed to work.  B&C certifies that the tools are free from material defects in workmanship and parts.  If upon receipt your tool is non-operational or if a defect is noted after initial use you may request an RMA either by email (returns@bcfast.com) or call 800-382-1430.  After receipt of tool we will repair or replace it.  After 30 days please refer to the manufactures warranty information.
